Workshop on Glycomics, Glycoproteomics & Proteomics

July 14-18, 2008
Chemistry Building, Indiana University, Bloomington, IN

Week-long workshop includes:

• lectures by Center PI’s
• an invited keynote lecture
• tours of the center
• hands-on laboratory-based exercises

Researchers who have little mass spectrometry experience to experts are invited to attend. This year will mark the third annual workshop and registration is limited to the first 20 participants.

The schedule for the week will be as follows:

Monday

Hands-on Lab Experiences Include:

• Glycomics sample prep / MALDI-TOF/TOF
• Glycoproteomics / LC-MS (ion trap) / MALDI PMF
• Lectin enrichment / Top-down proteomics & glycoproteomics / LTQ-FT
